Delete your account

This removes your account and everything that identifies you. It is irreversible, and it works whether or not you still have the app installed.

What is deleted

• Your name, email and phone number
• Your sankalpa details — gotra, nakshatra, and anything you asked us to include
• Every recording of your sevas. Destroyed, not hidden
• Any review you wrote

What we keep, and why

The bare record that a payment happened — amount, date, and its Stripe reference. We are required to retain that for accounting, and our privacy policy says so. It is no longer connected to your name or your address.

How it works

Enter your email and we will send a confirmation link. We ask for that because deletion cannot be undone, and because nobody else should be able to delete your account by typing your address. The link lasts 30 minutes.

Only want part of it removed?

You do not have to close your account to have something deleted — a seva recording, for instance. Ask us to delete specific data instead.
